I.B. 23 "D" Respectfully returned to Bvt Maj. J. W. De Forrest Sub Asst. Comr. who will use the transportation orders as directed by instructions from these Head Quarters. He will call the attention of the Post Quarter Master to the Endorsement of Genl. A O Tyler Chief Q M. Dept of the South. Maj. De Forrest is not expected to rectify the mistakes of the Q.M.
