I am directed by Bt Major Gen Scott Asst Comr to notify you. that you must restore the tools now in your possession to the owner John Taylor, and that by settling with him for the labor which he has performed for you. You will save yourself much trouble. Taylor has been instructed to report your actions to these Hd Qrts.
