My only difficulty I fear will be me selecting the most urgent cases in distributing it. In reply to your inquiry as to how it had best be remitted to me, I will take the liberty of requesting you to send it through "Capt Deane" U. S. A. who is I hire, the Quarter Master in Aiken. He will, I know, take pleasure in receiving it for me. I expect to go up to Aiken next Friday, and will be glad if you can so arrange as to let me find it there.
