In accordance with Special Order No. 15 p. II. dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. Bu R.F. and A.L. So. Ca. January 28. 1867. constituting us a Board, under Sec. [[strikethrough]] 2 [[/strikethrough]] II of a bill to establish a Bureau of R.F. and A.L. "_" to assess the value of buildings and improvements places by freedpeople upon lands covered by possessory title No. 329 dated Sept. 22. 1865 located by Jack Wigfall (freedman) on plantation known as Sol. Legare's "Village Place" on said Joshua Island, S.C. as follows:

Three Small Dwelling Houses at $25. Twenty Five Dollars as a fair compensation to be made to the said Jack Wigfall "by the former owners of such lands or their legal representatives."
