Dist. of Charleston S.C. with report that the building is two stories high, about 50 x 45 ft. containing seven rooms which are [[strikethrough]] each about [[/strikethrough]] 15 x 15 ft (average) and now fitted with Desks and seats by Bu R F. and A.L. The rooms are heated by fire places.
