(R., F. & A.L., Vol. ,) 1867 Orangeburg S.C. June 19th, 1867. Ezekial E. IB. 48 "E" ACSC 67 Requests that a small frame building the property of the Bureau be removed from his land. Wrapper ( Enclosures.) Received, Bureau R.F. & A.L., , 1867. War Department, Bureau Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, Washington, July 23d 1867. Respectfully returned. The building may be used by the freedpeople without charge for school purposes, on any lot they select, but they will be borne upon the papers, and accounted for by Lieut Col Low as other property belonging to the Bureau.
