Mr. Brown will be tried by a military tribunal as soon as charged in due form an forwarded by General Scott. if they should be unnecessarily delayed, Bowen will be discharged.

The Offence of withholding from clients, and converting to own use money and property received and collected by an attorney is not a bailable offence.

Bail cannot be taken in this case unless the charges are abandoned.
