Dear Mr. Seligmann

I suggest the mailing of the attached story in mimeographed or multi graphed form to 50 selected newspapers or if you prefer to the newspaper of New York and Brooklyn alone. My idea is to send it to the newspapers of New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, etc.

This can be followed with special stories which I suggested. The cost will be the cost of multigraphing, envelopes and stamps.
