raise the amount of Ninety Dollars being at the time entirely destitute seeing no chance of justice being done we was oblidged to drop the case. I would here affirm that it was in a great measure oweing to the unjust findings in this case that aroused the feelings of animosity in the bress of the Col'd People against the Court which allmost led to an outbreak and riot.

And what ever may be the results of the Pompy Coaxum case the Court is almost awholy responsible

The case of Degolyer I consider was nothing but a vexacrous malicrous Suit to rid Degoyler struck Washington suit being enterd against him the Court fined him in the Sum of $10.00 When the Jude Advocate advised Degoyler to Sue for Breach of Contract and it was done.
