Mr. Hurdle's statement makes the tobacco move that Osborn claims it was, therefore I am inclined to admit Osborns amount to be fair. I have ordered Mr. Freeman Walker not to remove or in any way dispose of the crops in question until notified by me of the decision in the case. I think a fair settlement would be in accordance with my schedule annexed. As this is my first case and one involving a considerable amount of property before taking further action, I respectfully submit the foregoing summary, with the statements of witnesses, and await your instructions
