deposes and says 
Osborn Wilkerson (F) came to my house and wanted to hire. told me he had besides himself & wife two son. it was such a party as I wanted when he returned to make bargain Andrew Oakley came with him. I told them I would employ them, Osborn said he would work for one third of the crops from the old grounds and one half of what he cleared of the new grounds. I told him I would give that. he said he had provisions enough with what he could purchase with his last years tobacco crop to carry them through. he also agreed to help at Harvesting and to help build tobacco barn.
