at the 2nd cutting and (400) four-hundred sticks of the 1st cutting put in the barn and another lot (don't know how much) put in the shed should think about 100 sticks on the third land, there was (336) Three hundred and thirty six sticks 1st cutting about 4400) four hundred sticks at the 2nd cutting.  This lot was all put in the barn together and is there yet.  Andy told Mr. Walker that he got (11) eleven bushels for his share and claimed two measures of corn still in the crib.  Mr. Walker told him when he paid him what he owed he could have it.  Andy said he owed him nothing but owed his wife $7.70 and had an order from Captain Bingham for that Mr. Walker took the order to pay Mrs. Walkers bill of $7.70 but said it did not concern the crop at all.  Andy then told Mr. Walker that Osborn was in his (Andy's) debt and he wanted his (Andy's) share of the corn and Walker must get his pay for Osborns debt out of Osborns share of the corn.  Mr. Walker replied, they was all together and he should hold onto the whole crop corn & tobacco until his debt was paid.
