These items are merely to show the interest of Andrew & his wife in the crop - Every thing is put at the regular price - but for this amount he has no claim upon any thing but the crop - Mr Walker not being responsible during the year Andrew got from Mr Walker $70.70 in provisions - Osborne got $4. in provisions amounting to $91. wh. was his half as per his own statement - whole acc't - In the division of the corn crop Andrew got 14 1/2 bu. & Mr Walker retained 2 1/2 flour barrels full in the son's - He (Andrew) got 7 barrels full which shelled out 14 1/2 bushels - making the flour barrel shell out 2 bushels - making the amount retained 5 bu - & the whole share 19 1/2 bushels - say 19 bu - wh. is an important point to establish - Osborne got two shares equal to 38 bu - Foster got one share (to wh. he had no right) equal to 19 bu - making the 4 shares equal to 76 bu - wh. was one third of the corn crop -

III To pay then the $91. wh. is all the acc't that Mr Walker has against the concern ($84. against Osborne & 17. against Andrew) he Walker retained 5 bu. of Andrew's corn, worth $1.25 
He took all of Osborne's corn & put it under his own lock & key - thereby becoming responsible for it all - Osborne also had 3 barrels full equal to 6 bu - of short corn worth say $3.-

Lately Mr. Walker shelled out Osborne's corn (a single share being 19 bu as per previous statement which see) & made it 15 bu - There were 38 bu put in his care - wh. at $1.25 is worth $48.50 - Osborne paid in cash $5.
