Gen. Orders #10. H.Q. second Military District Apl 11/67 and Circular #19 H.Q Asst. Com. N.C. Oct 10/67 are the only orders in my possession hearing on the case of Oakly vs Walker and I am unable to derive sufficient information from either of them to authorize me to act understandingly in the matter. In my report I recommended that a portion of Walkers Tobacco crop should be seized. Enough to indemnify Oakley for his share of the crop.  amounting to upwards of $500.00 Please send me instructions in the care
