Yancy was to make on of the five hands he was to work and he was to have one 6 of the Corn Tobacco Wheat Oats and fodder I was to furnis [[illegible]] good work Horses and all the tools and was to furnish half the food half the Sead and pay half the smiths work Yancy had his board furnished by me without charge and he was not to be at any expence in feeding the team the rest of the Hands was to furnish half the feed half the Seed I have given you the facts as near as I can which I am willing to qualify to
