a bargin made betwein A E Wilson and Jordin White to live on my plantation to clear 2 or 3 acres of land fence old field and repair the house for 2 years. For when we made our bargin for 2 years what did you expect to do
For when you was to have all you made of the ground that you cleard what did you expect
For when you was to pay me the 3 of the crops of all the open ground that I could furnish what did you expect to do did you pay me. no.
For when you was to repair the crop fence for permission going over in the other field did you do it
For you seam not to understand me about the old field and fenceing last fall 67 you said we would have to leave it to men you pick your white man he would not serve you. Then you pick a black man him my white man acted it was understood you was to have the old ground the same as the newe ground for 2 years and you was to build the fence 10 sails high last fall now the question is have you done it no.
To after moveing on my plantation we commenceing talking about cuting cord wood and to clear land on the rail roade you wanted me to go in to a contract of 2 one hundred cords of wood I tould you I would not but I would like to have the land cleard and would give you leave to cut 100 cord of wood, you commence cuting 2 feet wood without any bargin, I then was engage of cuting 100 cords of 5 feet wood it was to be put out at a certain time and I propose to you if you woud help out with the contract that I would pay you the same I paid Ben Walker one half for the other deliverd on the roade did I pay you or not. your 2 feet wood lay theare till next spring when you got hard run for provisions you come to me to borow corn I loan you near the last grain I had
