Sir, Last fall a year ago I went to live on A.E. Wilson land I was to make rails and fence on old field and have all I made on it two years I was to clear ten acres of woodland and have all that I made on it also I was to have all the wood and timber but what fenced it last fall I went into a written contract to cut 100 cords of wood myself and him could not settle We have been before the Agent of the Bureau of Hillsborough twice and I do not believe I have had justice because none of my witnesses nor no other witness have been sworn an examined it has been settled in such away that it not satisfactory to me because I have done work I never have yet been payed for Its has been acted on by Mr. Whitmore and the agent now in Hillsboro wont do any with it without order I pray for a new trial so that I may get justice that is all I want.

                                      Yours re
                                           Jordain White

The first time we were before the agent he decided against me the next trial I gained 66 dollars Wilson then goes with one of his friends to the agent
