Mills again said he was going off to attend to is business Then Mr W - told him he wasn't give him any more of his jaw, he had been doing it ever since he had been there & he would give him the chair if he didnt [[?]]sh it = Mills [[?]] something, dont know what Mills said it did not matter one time was as good as another = either the [[?]] [[?]] or killed - dont remember which = Mr Watson raised the chair & then the Negro raised his stick. cant say whether Watson struck Mills or not. Then Charles Watson picked up a chair & came in ahead of his father, he struck at Mills, cant say whether he hit him or not, I dont know how many times Charles struck at Mills - Mills struck Charles three or four times, I think with
