But if you can help us two hundred Dollars we will get our School Started as soon as a Teacher can be got here and I believe it will provide one of the best investments made by the Bureau I could give you a Bill of Costs but it will Do no good as it amounts to near three hundred & 50 Dollars. So as your instructions are limited it would do no good. Hoping soon to hear from you I will await your answer while I remain as ever your Obt Servt
