Dear Sir - I herewith transmit to your monthly report of our school for July. The school commending on the 11th June On the 4th of July I notified teacher that the school was suspended so far as July and was to be had until Oct and was to be had until Oct - he continued on at choice relying on pay from parents since next time, he has however concluded to vacate his school during the months of Aug & Sep - The school meets with so much opposition here and their are so fiew right in the town, not more than half of which are allowed to enter by the imployers of their parents who also control the children. Next I have nearly disposed of continuing a school in Livingston however in other parts of the county in more densely settled places 3 good schools with new houses will
