Encloses Report for March of school at Millican; states the school has greatly increased; when new school house is completed will increase still more. Teachers competent. Requests teachers be sent to Navasota in place of J. Reinhard who is not competent. Will soon visit – Robertson Co – no Report of school at Wheelock.
