Sir

I have the honor to report that owing to the crowded condition of the School at this place a Building sufficiently large to accommodate a greater number of Pupils is needed. 
After a thorough examination of the buildings suitable for that purpose I would recommend that authority be given to lease and repair the building known as the Mitchell Building in Soledad Street.
The said building is 25 x 75 feet, and the basement and first and second floors (which would be ampily large) can be leased for the sum of $100.00 per month currency. The lease not to exceed one year. 
I would also recommend that in case the above building is leased and repaired, that the Rent of the room  now occupied as Schoolroom
