Sir: I have the honor to forward herewith my School report for the month of July 1867. 

The School at Millican has been closed, on the 30" ult. and the teachers have taken advantage of. Circular No 6 C.S. and gone home, but I have Succeeded in engaging the Services of Mr. Kelsey a competent young man who will reopen the School on the 1st August. The School on the Eddington plantation is still in operation with about 30 scholars. A.R. Wilson Teacher in Burleson Co. Evans plantation has been appointed Registrar and had closed his School till registration is completed. Mrs Swan Teacher on Adams plantation has al-so left and gone to her home in Mobile.
