Lieutenant.
I have the honor to transmit enclosed the report of Miss. Mary E. Wilder for June 1867.
Her school which was closed on Friday the 28th of June has been constantly increasing in size since it was begun, and the freedpeople are very anxious to have her return in the Autumn.

During the month just passed little has been done towards erecting the new school house. The delay has been wholly caused by the large quantity of rain which has fallen during the month an which has prevented the planters.
