I have the honor to report that I have this day hired Mr John Ramshey of Leon Co, as Teacher at Freedmans School, at a salary of Forty Dollars per month for duty in Centreville

I also hired George Blakey (Freedman) of Leon County as Teacher at a salary of Twenty-Five Dollars per month at Black+hardn's plantation
