Dear Sirs,
 
I have decided to purchase the set of six (6) tapestry arm chairs and one (1) tapestry sofa which we looked at this afternoon at the price of One hundred and sixty thousand francs (Frs. 160.000); to be delivered to me in New York in their present good condition; all charges (for packing, insurance, transportation tax, customs duty etc.,) to be paid by you. 

If it is convenient for you to postpone delivery until about November 1rst 1925 or even a month later I should be pleased to have you do so, as my house will not be completed before then, but if you prefer to make immediate delivery I will accept them as soon as delivered. 

Please acknowledge this letter, addressing me at 244 Madison Avenue, NEW YORK and mark the envelope as "strictly personal"

I shall be glad to have this beautiful set of furniture.
