Reports complaint of Tom Irving Rob't Youngblood and Daniel Johnson, freedmen, that on the night of the 6th while they were absent, their houses were entered by Jack Sharpton, Mr. Casey, John Davis, Tom Myers, Joshua Bell and one other, all whites, who beat the wives of two of them, took a gun from one and ninety dollars from another.

They all live near Dom's gold mine.  Casey is foreman there.  

The case was referred to Squire McCord who sent them to the nearest squire.

The case of Tom Carter vs. Pres. Blackwell et al. has no attention as yet.
