I have the honor to report, that in compliance with Special Orders No 82 (CS) from your office, I have made an inspection of the mode and manner of the issuing of Government supplies on security, in the Bureau Districts of Orangeburg, Kershaw, Sumter, Marion, Darlington, and Chesterfield, and to report the following as the result of my inspection
