I have the honor to recommend, that out of any funds not otherwise appropriated there may be now allowed me the sum of ($5000) Five Thousand Dollars for School purposes in this district. This in addition to the amount of ($25000) Twenty five Thousand Dollars, the share of this District for School purposes and already extended as provided for.
