Forwards applications for the revocation of the appointments of the following Agts & Clerks: — viz:

W. R. Hoyt & C.C. Perry, Agts, and W. Lambert, Clerk, and that the following appointments be made — 

Geo. W. Waterman, Agt. at $150. pr month
L.A. Bigger, Agt. at 150. pr month
Carroll Neide, Agt. at 125. pr month 
Robt. E. Launitz Clerk at 75. pr month

The services of Mr. Waterman are especially required to superintend the purchase and issue of supplies to be loaned to planters, and the others to fill vacancies.
