of South Carolina, March 25,1868

Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that, at a meeting of the Faculty held this day, I was instructed to inform you that the Faculty of the College accept the conditions specified in the first paragraph of “Special Orders. No 169,” dated Head Quarters Second Military District, Charleston So.Ca. March 23rd.1868.
I shall be ready at any time to confer with you in relation to the details of the arrangement.
