Mr Guilluame appointing me and the Freedmen another to handle the accounts, sell enough of the property to pay the freed men their dues and then turn the rest over to Mr. Guilluame. This has been agreed to by Mr Guilluame, and will save expenses & delay in the Courts and also as it is sometime before the case could be entered in the Supreme Court (the only Court in which it could go) and as the freedmen are in destitution I respectfully recommend
