I have the honor to apply for transportation for Eight (8) Bales cotton from "Wytherwood" plantation, (Chas. L. Gilliéaume lessee)

The plantation is twenty four miles from this station, and can be reached by boat on the Wando river, or up the channel between Sullivan's Island & this Parish.

Transportation cannot be procured at this station.

This application is made for the purpose of enabling a compliance with letter from Head Quarters Asst Comr S.C dated April 1. 1867 directing this cotton to be shipped to James S. Gibbs & Co Charleston there to be held subject to orders to pay the
