Respectfully returned to Bvt. Maj. H. Neide A.A.A.G. with the following information. House in question is located on the road from Aiken to the old Barnwell road. It is a two story framed building painted white. On first floor are two rooms 16 ft square and one room 12 ft. square. On second floor are two rooms 16 ft. square and two 12 ft. square. A fire place is in each room.
On the premises is a framed one story house containing three rooms 20 ft. square suitable for school rooms. Will require heating by stoves.
E J. C. Wood of Aiken is the owner.
The lowest rate at which the place could be rented is twenty - five dollars per month.
