General,
I have the honor to request that I be permitted to change the location of Mrs Anna F. Smith School now at Long Run S.C. to Kingsville making the change upon my form "2" to date from Nov. 1st, 69 at the amount previously paid, viz 30.00 per mo.

The house in which Mrs Smith now teaches is unsuitable for a school and she can procure a better house and larger attendance of Scholars at Kingsville S.C.

I am very respectfully,
Your Obedt. Serv't,
Edw L. Deane
Ass't. Sup't. of Ed. S.C.
