Rev. Joseph. Welsh.

Dear brother if you have been at the A.M.A. office in Chicago you have learned that I am anxious to return to Austin or some other point where a teacher is needed. Things are so arranged at home that I could stay on the field two or three years if my health will permit. If we fail to raise the funds required by the A.M.A. is their any way I could be sent out by the Bureau. Please answer soon.
Respectfully,
Miss E.M. Evans,
Columbus,
WiS.
