Sir,
I take the present opportunity of informing you of my present situation and intentions.
I proposed opening my school on September the 1st I stated in my letter to you but as then had not spoken to Mr Stephenson to know how I was situated.

But as I have spoken to Mr Stephenson since then I thought it best not to open school for these reasons the school house in the Eastern part of the city is ocupied by a widow lady and I dont wish to interfere there as it is her only support and the house in the
