Dear Sir,
Your letter of the 15th inst. vouchers, &c have
been received and I have now to inform you
that I left Alleyton early in June.
Being concerned from the patronage I should receive from the pupils, I could not long keep school as my expenses, for School-room hire &c would be more than
the amount of remuneration I should likely receive from the school notwithstanding the liberal sum ($10). allowed by your Bureau.
