In conclusion excuse me whilst I just state that knowing there will never be that change for intelligent colored men (not inferring that myself am intelligent) in this country - America - however capable they may be - I have long concluded to go to Liberia and shall now avail myself of the earliest opportunity D.V. of doing so.
