Dear Sir,
I can at last report that the desks are under way. 7 are completed today. It has been a difficult matter all the way through to get anything done - had I not needed them so much - and things progressed so far at the time that I rec'd yours of Apr. 28th that I felt it would be bad policy to give up then. I would have done nothing more about them.
