Yours of Mar 12th is recei'd. You are right about Houston Normal School. Please take hold of the matter as your own. 
I will write to-day to Richard Allen as you suggest, asking a lease but not naming the time, which you must make as long as possible. If we fail then the Legislature-as you say.
