The following estimate for repairs of School Rooms is presented for your consideration:-

Frame building 30 by 30 feet. walls 10 feet high.
3875 feet of ceiling, over-head & sides, to be of 3/4 inch

200 feet of studding for windows @ $30 per m- 6.00
400 feet of lumber for & making Desks 25 00
30 Seats, 8 feet long, with backs 20 in. high-made of Cedar 90 00
Nails Hinge & Locks 15 00
1 Black Board 3½ by 5 feet (in Frame) 10 00
Dressing, (Grooving & Tonguing), putting up overhead and sides, 39 squares of ceiling - 107.75
Six Pairs of New Sash & Repairs of old ones 30 00
