Dear Sir

Enclosed you will find the papers Signed by Mr Stacey.

The plank is at the plaining mill & will if no account to the machinery be all put up by Contract by the last of next week

The Seats are all made & the Blackboard The Contract is all complete but the Ceiling & Desks.- Hope you will Hurry up the the matter as I will have to advance by last of next week about Two Hundred Dolls Gold for lumber & C.-
