Dear Sir

We have all the lumber for the Ceiling Dressed Tongue & Groved [[Grooved]] for Ceiling the School Room, will Commence putting it up to day - 

In order to proceed with the work I have had to advance the money for the material, and Dressing the Same, you will please Come down and review the work or appoint Some one here as I need daily the money advanced, owing to so much wet weather we have delayed for the plank to dry-
