Dear Sir,
Inclosed please find monthly report (March) of Joseph Moore's school. Those of January and February were also forwarded to you with a letter of inquiry. Teacher Joseph Moore wishes full instructions from you and to what extent he can get assistance in establishing a good school here. He also wish a lot of blank reports that he may make out his monthly statements more correctly. He asks for full instruction from you.

This letter was given to me to send to the Asst Supt. And as I did not know any other but you I thought I would send it to you.
For there is no asst Supt in Waco for Colored Schools I suppose you can give him the necessary information.
