Mr. Bartholomew,

Dear Sir,

Your letter is at hand I was happy to hear from you. Mr. Dutton has got the roof on the house he has made a very nice job of it. we are in hopes that he will have the house all done before long.

I am glad to hear that the furniture will be here in short. I have no important to tell you at this time.
