Office S.A.C. B.R. &c
Waco, May 31. 1868.

Lieut. Chas. A Vernou.
A.A.A.G.

I think the whites are doing all in their power to discontinue or break the school in this place and the one at Rock Dam, Falls County.

I have two schools in this City, one in the town and one in the suburbs about half a mile from the Court house.

The one in town is the one the teacher of the white schools is trying to break up.
