I have the honor to recommend that Dr M. C. Keith, be placed in charge of the School now in charge of Nace Dubal, Freedman, who is in bad health, and unable to give the proper attention to the School
Dr. Keith, is an educated and energized man, and is instructed in the education of Freedmen, and is not dependent on his labor for support
