regard to this matter but he has never replied to my letters. - As it was impossible for me to hear any thing from him, and not receiving my pay - I wrote to Gen Reynolds a short time since laying the matter before him - 

Will you be kind enough to write, & let me know why it is my fees are not paid, although my receipts have been taken for the past six months.

I have a good school, & have been attending to it faithfully - hoping to hear from you soon
