Dear

Mr. and Mrs. Germain Seligman would be obliged to you if you could reserve a room with bath for them on May 18, for a period of four to five days. They will be coming from Paris, Hotel Ritz.

Mr. Germain Seligman who is the head of this firm is an old client of your hotel and hopes you will be able to have this accommodation available.

May I ask you to be good enough to write to me confirming this reservation.

Thanking you in advance,

Yours very sincerely,

(E. Bazner, secretary to Mr. Germain Seligman)
